Seeking a Quality and Training Manager to join a large Aged Care Facility and support an established team. If you are experienced in the field and ready to try out a new location, this could be the role for you!
As the Quality and Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying improvement opportunities, providing hands-on support to address gaps, and coaching the leadership team to ensure sustainability in quality care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Registered Nurses, Care Managers and the Facility Manager to uphold quality standards.
- Oversee all Quality and Education in the home.
- Report directly to the FM, maintaining a direct line of communication for seamless coordination.
- Benefit from support from the Head Office Quality team, ensuring you have the resources needed to excel in your role.

- Bachelor of Nursing or Equivalent is essential with current AHPRA registration
- Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training
- Possesses excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
- Ability to foster a team environment and build collaborative relationships
- Highly effective communication, leadership and relationship management skills
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
