Hours: Permanent ft/pt
Location: Rural VIC
Salary: $60.94/hr + Super & Salary Packaging
Start date: ASAP

About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to support leadership across a busy Acute Ward. You’ll work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while remaining actively involved on the floor. This role is ideal for a senior nurse ready to step into leadership while maintaining strong clinical involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the NUM in managing daily operations of the Acute Ward
• Work across a 8-14 bed ward
• Coordinate staffing, allocations, and patient flow
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
• Act as shift coordinator and escalation point when required
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and compliance

Requirements

• AHPRA registered RN
• 5+ years acute experience
• Demonstrated leadership or acting ANUM experience
• WWCC & Police Check
