An opportunity is available for an experienced Care Manager to step into a well-supported Residential Aged Care home located in the Central Tablelands of NSW, approximately 2 hours west of Sydney.

Your role
Reporting to an experienced Facility Manager with a strong clinical background, you'll be joining a leadership team that values stability, collaboration and professional development.

You'll receive a comprehensive handover and ongoing support, while working alongside an on-site Clinical Quality team providing additional support across quality, education and compliance.

Your focus will be on leading and developing the clinical team, strengthening team performance and ensuring consistently high standards of clinical care, governance and compliance are maintained.


About you

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous Care Manager experience within Residential Aged Care, or experience acting in a Care Manager capacity
• Confident and approachable leadership style with the ability to mentor and develop clinical teams
