What will you be doing?

You’ll provide clinical and operational leadership across multiple communities, supporting care teams, managing complex resident needs, and overseeing recruitment, rostering, governance and compliance. This is a hands-on role offering genuine autonomy and strong leadership support.

We're looking for:

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse
• 5+ years' post-graduate nursing experience preferred
• Essential Support at Home / Home Care experience
• Previous leadership, coordination or team management experience

We're looking for someone who is clinically strong, personable, confident working across teams and ready to take on broader responsibility across multiple communities.
