This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to lead and deliver exceptional clinical care, working alongside a highly experienced Facility Manager and supported by a dedicated Clinical Care Coordinator.

About the Role:

• Manage day-to-day clinical operations in collaboration with the Facility Manager
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to drive a high-performing team culture
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and all regulatory requirements
• Oversee care planning, clinical documentation, and medication management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support quality and accreditation processes

About You:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with experience in a Care Manager / Clinical Manager or Deputy role in aged care
• Strong knowledge of ACQS, previous experience leading successful accreditation processes is desirable
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop clinical teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
