Are you an experienced clinical leader looking for your next opportunity in aged care?

A highly regarded aged care provider in the beautiful Tweed Shire region is seeking a passionate and motivated Care Manager to join their leadership team.

In this key leadership role, you will oversee and lead the clinical care team within a medium-sized aged care facility, supported by an experienced onsite leadership team as well as dedicated regional and head office support.

About You:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with clinical leadership experience in residential aged care
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards is essential
• Demonstrated people management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing clinical team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
