An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Care Manager to join a leading Aged Care provider based near Nowra.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the clinical care of a medium-sized aged care facility, reporting to an experienced Facility Manager and receive support from a strong clinical care team.

About You:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (minimum 3 years post-registration).
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Proven experience in a clinical leadership or management role within aged care or healthcare.
In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, funding (AN-ACC), and clinical governance.
Exceptional communication, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
