Care Manager - Aged Care - East Melbourne
We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to join a highly regarded aged care facility in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs. This is a stable, well-supported leadership role within a high-performing home with strong clinical governance and excellent compliance outcomes.

About the Role
As Care Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight across care delivery, working closely with an experienced management team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes, compliance, and continuous improvement.

About You

• Registered Nurse with 3–5+ years’ experience in aged care leadership
• Previous experience as CM / 2IC / Clinical Lead
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Confident in clinical governance, audits, and care compliance
• Strong communicator with a collaborative leadership style
• Seeking a long-term role in a stable environment
