An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join a highly regarded aged care provider at a large, modern residential aged care home located 13km from the CBD in the inner South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
This role is for a Clinical Care Manager who enjoys hands-on clinical oversight, training and mentorship. You’ll be joining an organisation recognised for its exceptional quality of care, resident and staff wellbeing and long term career progression.
About the role
- Up to $140,000 salary+ super + salary packaging
- Permanent Full-time Position
- Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
- Large, well-running aged care home with multiple Care Managers on site
- Ongoing support from Quality/Governance Managers for the home
- Strong existing operational, quality, and clinical support structure
- Clear focus on leadership, team development, and clinical excellence

- AHPRA Registered Nurse with minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Care Manager in the aged care space
- Strong understanding of Aged care standards, clinical governance and aged care standards
- Confident leader who enjoys supporting and developing teams
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a large, complex environment
