An exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager to join a leading Aged Care provider based in Sydney. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day clinical management of a medium-sized aged care facility. You’ll be supported by a second Clinical Manager and a strong clinical care team, with a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Clinical Manager ready for their next challenge and committed to delivering high-quality care. You will bring strong leadership skills, with proven Aged Care experience.

About You:
- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse with experience in Aged Care
- Proven experience in Care Manager/Clinical Manager positions within residential aged care
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a clinical team, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Previous experience leading a clinical team through accreditation process preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
