The Care Manager is responsible for the coordination and delivery of quality clinical care to residents in accordance with contemporary practice. The Care Manager is responsible to plan, allocate and delegate duties and facilitate the delivery of care according to documented policies and procedures.
This home is longstanding and supports their most beloved members of their community.
You will report to the Facility Manager while also having the support of a close knit team with Clinical Coordinators, Registered Nurses and Personal Care assistants.

- Successful completion of a minimum Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Experience as a Care Manager in the residential aged care sector
- Working knowledge of Accreditation Standards
- Knowledge of residents rights, AN-ACC, care planning and assessment skills.
- Well developed communication skills and leadership skills
- Sound clinical knowledge and skills in accordance with contemporary practice.
- Current AHPRA Registration essential
