Care Manager - NFP Aged Care Provider - Western Sydney

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to oversee the clinical care of a medium sized residential aged care facility. You will lead the clinical care team, mentor junior staff and identify areas for continuous improvement.

You will join a supportive provider with ample opportunity for further career progression and professional development.

The Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration with previous experience as a Care Manager within a residential aged care facility 
• Ability to lead and motivate the clinical team 
• Full Australian working rights
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Excellent communication and time management skills
