Care Manager
We require an experienced Clinical Manager to manage the clinical care within this medium aged care residence based in North West Tasmania!

Representing a values-driven leading aged care organisation, you will work alongside and lead a strong clinical team. This is a well-staffed, fully accredited facility that provides a great opportunity for learning and development.

The Role:
As a CM, you will drive the leadership of quality clinical care to all residents and become an important leadership team member.

• Medium sized home that is running very well and fully occupied
• Overseeing a strong team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and PCAs
• Working with a progressive NFP provider who provide wonderful career development opportunities
• Salary of up to $130K + super + salary packaging
• Can support with relocation assistance/initial accommodation
• Be a part of a respectful and supportive environment for all residents and staff
• Report to the General Manager who has been in the position for 2+ years
• Fully accredited site - compliant across all standards
• IPC Lead qualification is desirable but not essential
• 5 starcompliance rating across the facility
• Fully accredited site and due for re-registration in 18 months time.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated Care Manager experience and minimum 3-5 years in the aged care sector
• Valid AHPRA Registration (DIV 1)
• Extensive clinical skills and knowledge.
• Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and funding instruments (e.g. AN-ACC).
• Experience with accreditation and quality processes.
