The role:

• Clinical focussed position specialising in advanced care needs
• Provide detailed care planning following assessment, using a person-centered and multidisciplinary team approach 
• Ensure consumers receive the care they need with dignity and respect 
• Permanent Monday to Friday full-time position with RDO 
• Flexibility in start and finish times 
• Small amount of travel to sister home

Essential:

• Current AHPRA Registration - Registered Nurse 
• 5+ years experience in an aged care facility 
• Experience working with clients living with dementia 
• Excellent working knowledge of the AC Quality Standards
• Post Grad qualifications in Quality / Education
