Are you an experienced Care Manager looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your aged care leadership career?

We are currently seeking an experienced aged care professional to join a well-established residential aged care provider in a key Care Manager position.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive leadership team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

About the Role
Working alongside another experienced Clinical Manager, you will oversee day-to-day clinical care delivery, supporting residents, families and staff while ensuring strong clinical governance and compliance across the service.

You will have responsibility across clinical leadership, staff management, quality and compliance, AN-ACC, care planning, audits and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to make a genuine impact on care outcomes and team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Care Manager in Aged Care
• Strong knowledge of residential aged care, compliance and funding
• Confident managing audits, compliance and key stakeholder relationships
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, particularly those who can communicate confidently with residents, families and diverse communities.
