Redstone are seeking an highly experienced Care Manager to oversee the clinical operations of a large, fully accredited age care home in Launceston.

About the Role:
- In this role, you will assist in the management and coordination of care services within this large facility.
- Reporting to the Facility Manager and leading the clinical team.
- Foster a sense of community and inclusivity within the home environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes
- Excellent annual salary of up to $122k + super

- Demonstrated Care Manager experience in the aged care sector - minimum 3 years
- Valid AHPRA Registration (DIV 1)
- Extensive clinical skills and knowledge.

- Working knowledge of the requirements of the Quality Agency Standards
