Exciting opportunity to join an established for-profit aged care provider during a significant period of growth and development.

As Care Manager, you will lead and oversee the clinical care delivery and multidisciplinary team within an 120+ bed residential aged care facility located on the Central Coast.

About You:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with experience as a Care Manager or Deputy Manager in residential aged care
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards is essential, and additional qualifications in dementia support will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
