An exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to join an established residential aged care provider based in Canberra, ACT.

As the Care Manager, you’ll oversee clinical operations across a large 100+ bed facility, ensuring person-centred care aligned with ACQS standards. You’ll be supported by an experienced Facility Manager, additional Care Manager and an onsite Quality & Education team, while providing mentorship and guidance to Registered Nurses and care staff.

About You:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, ideally with experience as a Care Manager or Clinical Care Coordinator
• Strong knowledge of ACQS and accreditation processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
