We are looking for an experienced and motivated Care Manager to join a highly regarded residential aged care facility located on Sydney’s North Shore.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a manager with exceptional clinical skills and leadership capabilities to oversee and drive high-quality clinical care in a medium-sized facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the clinical care and care team within the facility
• Collaborate with an experienced leadership team to enhance resident outcomes
• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations
• Foster a sense of community and inclusivity within the home environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
• Experience as a Care Manager or Clinical Lead within residential aged care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for providing high-quality care to elderly and vulnerable individuals
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Current Police Check 
• Current Vaccinations
