We’re partnering with an award-winning aged care provider in the Bankstown area to recruit an experienced Clinical Care Manager for an established, medium-sized residential aged care home.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking aged care provider that values strong clinical leadership, quality care, and career development.

You’ll work alongside a highly experienced Facility Manager and be backed by a visible, hands-on head office team across Quality, Compliance, and Education - giving you the support you need to succeed.

• Monday - Friday permanent full-time role

About You:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with clinical leadership experience in residential aged care
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards is essential, ideally with accreditation experience
• Demonstrated people management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing clinical team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
