Redstone has a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Care Manager/DDON to join a reputable Aged Care provider located in Port Macquarie.

The Care Manager is responsible for:
- Coordinating and providing clinical leadership to both the Clinical and Care teams in consultation with the Facility Manager
- Ensuring compliance with legislative and statutory requirements to enable the facility to continue to deliver a high standard of care and services
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Aged Care
- Strong leadership skills and at least 1-2 years as a Care Manager
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
