Care Manager
Lead and oversee an 100+ bed aged care facility with support from another Care Manager, Facility Manager & Quality team onsite.

In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team of Registered Nurses and care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to residents. You’ll also work collaboratively with the Quality and Education team to provide ongoing support and development for the clinical team.

The Requirements:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with previous experience working as a Care Manager
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards & ideally with experience leading a clinical team through successful accreditation process
- Experience motivating a clinical team to ensure high quality clinical care
- Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills with strong attention to detail
