About the role
Working alongside an experienced Facility Manager with a strong clinical background, you'll receive a thorough handover and ongoing support from day one.

You'll also work closely with an on-site Clinical Quality team, giving you dedicated support across quality, education and compliance while you focus on leading the clinical team.

The key focus of this role is providing confident leadership, building team stability and continuing to drive high standards of clinical care and compliance within a well-established service.

About you

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous Care Manager experience within Residential Aged Care, or demonstrated experience acting in the role
A confident, hands-on leader who can mentor and support clinical teams
Strong knowledge of clinical governance, accreditation and aged care standards
Committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care
