Catering Team Leader

We’re seeking an experienced Catering Team Leader to join a highly regarded not-for-profit aged care provider in the Dubbo region.

In this role, you’ll oversee food services within a medium-sized aged care facility, leading a small catering team to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals that support the wellbeing of residents every day.

• $35.34 per hour + Super + Not-for-Profit salary packaging
• Relocation assistance available for candidates moving to the area

• Close collaboration with dietitians and care teams
• Sponsorship available for suitable qualified candidates (subject to experience)
• Permanent full-time role with a rotating roster, including weekends

About you:

• Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality Management (desirable)
• Current Food Safety Certificate
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role
• Previous experience in aged care (highly regarded)
• Valid Police Check
