Chef Manager - Aged Care

Opportunity to join an award-winning aged care provider as a Chef Manager within a residential facility in the beautiful Port Macquarie region.

This role blends leadership, purpose, and lifestyle. Set on the stunning Mid North Coast of NSW, you’ll become part of a dedicated and supportive team passionate about delivering exceptional care and enriching the daily lives of residents.

• $95,000 + Superannuation
• Permanent, full-time role Monday-Friday (no weekend work!)

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting the kitchen team day-to-day
• Delivering high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to residents
• Managing food safety, compliance, and kitchen standards
• Engaging with residents to enhance their dining experience
• Stock control and ordering within budget

About You:

• Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality Management
• Current Food Safety Certificate
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role
• Previous experience in aged care (highly regarded)
• Full Australian Working Rights
