Career defining opportunity for an experienced and values-driven leader to step into the role of Chief Executive Officer at a fully accredited, not-for-profit aged care provider with an outstanding reputation in the local community. We need a dynamic business leader with drive and passion to guide the organisation and oversee community focused aged care provider

About the Role
As EO, you’ll report directly to the Board and lead the organisation’s strategic direction, operational performance, and culture. You’ll champion innovation in aged care delivery, drive continuous improvement, and ensure sustainability in a rapidly evolving sector. while fostering a compassionate, person-centred care culture.

You’ll lead a close-knit team across clinical care, governance, education, and operations, all within a collaborative management structure.

Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring financial sustainability and strong governance
  • Experience with profit/loss and financial reporting
  • Managing stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and community relationships
  • Supporting a culture of respect, empowerment, and professional growth
  • Leading a multidisciplinary team
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation in aged care delivery
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven senior management experience in aged care or health
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Health, Nursing, Business, Finance)
  • Strong financial sustainability initiatives and strategic planning capabilities
  • Deep understanding of aged care legislation and the new Strengthened Aged Care Standards
  • High-level IT literacy and risk management expertise
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Leadership in workforce planning and building a positive team culture
  • Experience supporting Board operations and strategic governance
