A leading not-for-profit aged care organisation is seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Manager to provide clinical leadership across all aspects of operations within their large aged care facility in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, you’ll collaborate with management, clinicians, carers, residents, families, support staff, and community agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-focused care and continuous service improvement.
- Reporting to the Executive Manager who oversees two facilities
- Ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred care, ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance, and accreditation outcomes.
- Oversee a large facility with a MSU that provides specialised dementia care, fostering a warm and inclusive environment
- Proven people management/performance skills as the organisation is going through a period of change and expansion
- The facility is fully accredited until 2027 and incoming eforms are being implemented well with a project team assisting
- Currently have a 4 star rating and compliant across care minutes
- Structure within the home: Clinical Care Coordinator, Quality, AN-ACC, Lifestyle Team, EN's, RN's and PCW/PCW Med Endorsed
- Executive Structure: Board, CEO, Executive team across quality, residential, community and corporate services
- The organisation run a fantatsic lifestyle program along with a pet therapy programme for the residents
- This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing clinical expertise, staff mentoring, and operational oversight to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

- Minimum 3-5 years experience working as a CCC/Care Manager (2IC) within the aged care sector.
- Experience dealing with and overseeing dementia residents and memory support unit is highly desired
- AHPRA Registration as an Registered Nurse DIV 1
- Extensive clinical skills & knowledge
- Knowledge of the Accreditation process and incoming reforms
- Ability to lead and support a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing day to day clinical issues
- Current NDIS Check
