Clinical Care Coordinator

Redstone Recruitment have partnered with a well-established aged care provider on the Gold Coast to find their next experienced aged care specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a key leadership role.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic all-rounder with strong clinical knowledge and the ability to mentor and support a small team while maintaining exceptional standards of care.

As the Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinical care team and ensuring high-quality, resident-focused outcomes.

What we require:

• Current AHPRA Nursing registration
• Previous experience within aged care is essential
• Strong understanding of Accreditation Standards and AN-ACC
• Proven ability to work independently and lead by example
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
