Step into a pivotal role within a premier, non-profit aged care provider in Central West NSW. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will serve as the essential link between the dedicated clinical staff and the facility’s leadership team.

In this full-time, Monday-to-Friday position, you will be 3rd in charge of a vibrant 90+ bed residence, balancing hands-on clinical nursing with strategic leadership. This is a rare opportunity to influence clinical governance and quality outcomes while being supported by a highly experienced management team.

Role Overview:
  • 0.2 FTE: Direct clinical care and Registered Nurse duties
  • 0.8 FTE: Clinical leadership, including staff development, compliance, and documentation oversight

About You:
  • Registered Nurse with valid AHPRA registration and a Federal Police Check
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive change
  • Comprehensive understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and AN-ACC guidelines
  • Strong computer literacy and a commitment to accurate clinical documentation
  • Motivated, empathetic, and passionate about achieving superior clinical outcomes
