This an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager to join an established Aged Care provider on Lower North Shore. In this role, you will work alongside another Clinical Manager to lead and support the delivery of high-quality clinical care across a large residential aged care facility.

- Permanent, full time role: Monday - Friday (no weekend work!)
- Supportive management structure, working alongside a second Clinical Care Manager, experienced Residential Manager plus onsite Quality & Education support.

The Requirements:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with experience working in residential aged care
- Previous experience in a Clinical Care Manager role, ideally in a large aged care facility
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards & knowledge of AN-ACC funding
- Proven experience leading a clinical team through successful accreditation process
- Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Full Australian working rights
