Clinical Care Manager - Aged Care
Redstone are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to oversee clinical operations in a medium sized aged care facility near Dandenong.

About the Role

• Really well supported role with extensive support from a seasoned FM who has been in aged care for over 10 years
• Paying $120K + Super
• Home is divided into two wings and you will have the support of an RN in charge and 2 x team leaders.
• Quality coordinator within the home 4 days a week for additional support 
• Currently using the Mannad system
• Fully accredited until 2026

We require an experienced clinical leader with a focus on clinical expertise, staff development, performance management, motivating teams, accreditation & compliance experience and thorough systems & processes experience.
  
The Requirements:

• Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered
• At least 4 years aged care management experience
• Demonstrated Care Manager experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ANACC
• Manage time efficiently
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
• Thorough understanding of continuous improvement.
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
• Highly organsied and an ability to use and set up systems
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change.
