Clinical Care Manager - Residential Aged Care - Brisbane Northside

• Up to $124,000 + super + salary packaging
• Permanent full-time Monday to Friday role (8:30am – 4:30pm)

Main Duties:

• Provide clinical leadership across the residential aged care service.
• Lead, mentor and support Registered Nurses and care teams.
• Oversee clinical assessments, care planning and documentation.
• Drive high standards of clinical governance and resident outcomes.
• Support AN-ACC optimisation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team.

Essentials:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience within residential aged care.
• Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating clinical teams.
• Sound knowledge of clinical governance, care planning and aged care compliance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Previous Care Manager experience is welcomed but not essential.
