Redstone Recruitment are seeking a passionate and driven Clinical Care Coordinator to join a leading residential aged care provider in Albury, NSW. This role is designed for an experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality care. Working closely with the Care Manager and Facility Manager, you will ensure that residents receive exceptional clinical and nursing care, with a focus on their dignity, independence, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinical care of residents, ensuring care plans are documented and maintained, with a focus on individual needs and risks
- Lead Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) in daily case reporting, care planning, and addressing patient concerns
- Conduct regular clinical sweeps, addressing any gaps in care and ensuring timely resolution
- Implement ANACC reappraisals and support the management of clinical care operations of the home.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA (no restrictions)
- Proven experience within the aged care sector
- Strong knowledge of aged care standards and ability to manage human resource issues effectively
- Driven and dedicated registered Nurse eager to progress in their career
