Redstone Recruitment has partnered with a well-established Aged Care organisation to source their next Clinical Manager. If you’re a passionate and experienced Clinical Manager ready to take the next step in your aged care career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Join an experienced leadership team at an outstanding facility located in the stunning city of Bundaberg, In this role, you will lead the clinical care team in a medium sized facility, supported by multiple Clinical Coordinators, Registered Nurses, and dedicated care staff.

- AN-ACC experience
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Experienced in leading a clinical team through the accreditation process
- Strong financial management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills
