Clinical Manager

Work in a large aged care provider placed in a medium facility in the Wodonga/ Albury area. Reporting to the Facility Manager you will oversee the day to day clinical operations of the facility with the assistance of a strong clinical team (with excellent ratios) along with support from head office functions.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Qualified Registered Nurse - Div 1 essential!
• Previous experience in a similar role in aged care (Clinical Manager/ Care Manager) or could consider a strong CCC stepping up
• Excellent aged care clinical skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Manage time efficiently
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement.
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
