This is a temporary position available for experienced clinical leader with a Community Care background, to work with an established community care organisation
We are looking for an experienced clinician to manage clinical governance and oversee a small team on a fixed-term basis in Brisbane. You will be dealing with escalations, reviewing assessments, developing the team and managing clincial documentation.
About the role:
- $65ph + super
- Immediate start available
- Monday - Friday role with no on call or after hours requirements
- Report directly to the director of aged care
- Direct line management of Clinical Coordinators
- Oversight of governance and clinical escalations
- Dealing with Support at Home clients
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Recent clinical experience as a leader in a community environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Enjoy working within a team environment
- Current Driver's License
- Registered Nurse with Community Nursing experience (minimum 4 years)
