Mildura, VIC – Relocation & Accommodation Assistance Available
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to step into a 6-month contract covering leave at a leading aged care residence in Mildura.
This is a Monday–Friday position, offering the chance to make a real impact in a senior leadership role while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of a regional Victorian location.
The Opportunity
As Clinical Care Manager, you will oversee all aspects of clinical governance, compliance, and quality standards. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will influence care outcomes, support staff development, and ensure residents receive the dignity, respect, and compassion they deserve.
About You
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Proven senior leadership experience in aged care clinical management
- Strong knowledge of aged care standards, compliance, and funding models
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills
- Confident with clinical systems and documentation
- 6-month contract (Monday to Friday role)
- Relocation and accommodation assistance provided
