Clinical Manager - Bendigo

We are looking for a Care Manager with 4-5 years of experience , working alongside another Care Manager. The site is fully accredited and prides itself on fostering a strong team environment. Experience managing a large residential site is ideal!

You will report to the Facility Manager while also having the support of a close knit team with Clinical Coordinators, Registered Nurses and Personal Care assistants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing (minimum qualification) successfully completed
• Demonstrated experience as a Care Manager within the residential aged care sector
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
• Sound knowledge of resident rights, AN-ACC, care planning, and assessment processes
• Well-developed communication and leadership capabilities
• Solid clinical knowledge aligned with current best practice
• Current registration with AHPRA is essential
