Are you an experienced Clinical Care Manager looking to step into a genuine clinical leadership role?
This is a newly created Clinical Manager position within a well-established residential aged care home on the Albury border, introduced to strengthen the clinical leadership structure and provide dedicated oversight of clinical care across the facility.
With an existing support manager focused on operations, this position will take ownership of the clinical side of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance and clinical practice are maintained.
This is an opportunity for a clinically strong leader to step up and work closely with the Facility Manager.
The Role As the Clinical Manager, you will take a lead role in overseeing clinical standards across a 70+ bed residential aged care home, working closely with the leadership team.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with strong clinical experience in residential aged care
- Previous experience as a Clinical Manager or Clinical Care Coordinator with demonstrated experience acting in or supporting a management capacity
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance, audits, care planning and aged care standards
- Confident, visible leader with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships within the local community
