Clinical Nurse - Aged Care

Join a small welcoming, community-focused aged care organisation as a Clinical Nurse. In this role, you’ll be supported by an experienced and collaborative Facility Manager while working within a close-knit team.

This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on nursing with leadership responsibilities, offering a balanced role across both clinical care and coordination.

About You:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded
• Solid understanding of ACQSC standards, with accreditation experience advantageous
• Passionate about aged care, with a desire to grow into a leadership role
• Highly organised, proactive, and an effective communicator
