Redstone Nursing is currently seeking experienced and reliable Clinical Nurses for exciting opportunities across Metro Adelaide and Regional South Australia.

What We Offer:

• Earn competitive rates of $68–$78/hr + penalties + super, based on your experience and the role requirements.
• Metro Adelaide block bookings across a range of aged care facilities
• Regional travel contracts with free accommodation and travel costs covered
• Contract lengths from 2–12 weeks, with potential for extension
• Flexible work to suit your availability

• Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement

What We Need From You:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience as a Clinical Nurse, Clinical Care Coordinator, Team Leader or similar leadership role within aged care
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Current police check and relevant compliance documents
• Full Australian working rights
• Current driver's licence preferred for regional travel contracts
