We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Director of Nursing to support our Facility Manager and lead teams in delivering exceptional care. This pivotal role ensures high standards are met across the facility, driving quality, compliance, and a positive resident experience.

- Identify gaps or risks, create action plans and provide education accordingly, to ensure the highest level of care is provided to our residents
- Advocate for clinical excellence and be willing to ensure a homely and loving environment by providing care with compassion, integrity and dignity
- Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1
- Experience as a CCC/CM/DDON required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly experienced in Clinical Governance, Accreditation Standards & Compliance
