The Director of Care role:

• Work with an experienced and dedicated Clinical Manager who will provide you with the assistance to fully succeed in this position 
• Permanent Monday to Friday full-time position 
• Flexibility in start and finish times 
• Oversee a welcoming facility with genuine support from both the senior management and clinical teams

Essential:

• Current AHPRA Registration - Registered Nurse 
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an aged care facility 
• Ability to lead a clinical team, operations, and extra services 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full working rights and hands-on experience in Australia
