Salary: $84.92ph + Super & $15,900 Salary Packaging

We're seeking an experienced and collaborative Director of Clinical Services to join the Executive Leadership Team of a respected rural health service in North West Victoria.
This is a rare opportunity for a senior nursing leader to shape clinical excellence, influence service growth and make a genuine impact across a multi-campus organisation. Working closely with the CEO, Director of Nursing and Acute Campus Team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across acute care, dialysis, urgent care and midwifery services.
With a strong focus on strengthening acute services and improving occupancy across a 12-bed acute unit, this role is ideal for a leader who builds relationships, develops teams and creates a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across nursing and clinical services across multiple campuses
- Partner with the CEO, Director of Nursing and Executive Team to deliver organisational priorities
- Drive improvements across acute services, with a focus on increasing occupancy and enhancing patient care
- Provide leadership across dialysis, urgent care and midwifery services
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, retention and professional development initiatives
- Build strong relationships with staff, medical teams, consumers, families and key stakeholders
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Executive leadership experience (ADON/DON/ADOCS)
- Experience working in a rural and regional health services
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to connect, influence and inspire teams
- Emergency Department and/or Dialysis experience
- Relevant post graduate certificate
