Executive Administration Officer
We are seeking an experienced EA to support the CEO and Board of a respected not-for-profit aged care organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the aged care environment and is confident working at an executive and Board level.

You will coordinate Board and Committee activities, prepare high-quality documentation, maintain corporate records and provide executive support to the CEO. This is a 12 month contract role - 3 days per week. Reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level EA and administrative support to the CEO and Board.
  • Prepare Board papers, agendas, reports and accurate minutes.
  • Coordinate meetings, events and Board/Committee activities.
  • Maintain corporate records, registers and key administrative systems.
  • Coordinate internal communications, newsletters and the Annual Report.
  • Manage access across key platforms including PRODA, myGov and My Aged Care.
  • Support office administration, purchasing and facilities.
  • Assist the CEO with projects and process improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on EA experience within an aged care environment.
  • Previous experience providing executive-level administrative support.
  • Experience supporting a CEO, Board or senior leadership team.
  • Experience preparing Board papers, agendas, minutes, reports and professional correspondence.
  • Experience using Diligent software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional, approachable and collaborative manner.
  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
  • A current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
