We are seeking an experienced EA to support the CEO and Board of a respected not-for-profit aged care organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the aged care environment and is confident working at an executive and Board level.
You will coordinate Board and Committee activities, prepare high-quality documentation, maintain corporate records and provide executive support to the CEO. This is a 12 month contract role - 3 days per week. Reporting directly to the CEO.

- Provide high-level EA and administrative support to the CEO and Board.
- Prepare Board papers, agendas, reports and accurate minutes.
- Coordinate meetings, events and Board/Committee activities.
- Maintain corporate records, registers and key administrative systems.
- Coordinate internal communications, newsletters and the Annual Report.
- Manage access across key platforms including PRODA, myGov and My Aged Care.
- Support office administration, purchasing and facilities.
- Assist the CEO with projects and process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism.
- Hands-on EA experience within an aged care environment.
- Previous experience providing executive-level administrative support.
- Experience supporting a CEO, Board or senior leadership team.
- Experience preparing Board papers, agendas, minutes, reports and professional correspondence.
- Experience using Diligent software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional, approachable and collaborative manner.
- Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
- A current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
