A rare opportunity to step into a well-run, fully accredited large Not-For-Profit Aged Care home with a fantastic star rating and a long-standing, stable team.

With strong systems already in place, this role is focused on leading, supporting, and strengthening the existing team and culture—not rebuilding.

You’ll be supported by a solid structure of Care Managers, a strong clinical team, and a hands-on executive leadership group, with additional support from centralised Quality & Education teams.

About You

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
• 5+ years’ experience as a Facility/General Manager in aged care
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care legislation, AN-ACC, care minutes & compliance
• Experienced in accreditation and clinical governance

You’re a visible, team-focused leader who builds trust, supports your team, and leads from the floor.
