We are partnering with a well-established aged care provider to appoint an experienced Facility Manager to lead a large residential aged care home in North West Melbourne.

About you
We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager / Residential Aged Care Manager who is confident leading a large home and motivating teams to achieve excellent outcomes.

Essential requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration
• Proven experience managing a residential aged care home
• Strong leadership and people management capability
• Sound understanding of aged care quality and compliance requirements
• Experience managing financial and operational performance
• Strong knowledge of AN-ACC and accreditation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Genuine commitment to delivering high-quality resident outcomes
