At Redstone, we are currently seeking a strong aged care manager to manage the daily operations of this lovely aged care facility based near Keilor!
This role ensures the delivery of professional care and support services, aligned with the organisation’s values, policies, and procedures.
About the role:
As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the home within budget, staffing, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and meeting all reporting requirements.

- $130k + super + salary packaging
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working as a Facility Manager within Aged Care
- Valid AHPRA registration (DIV 1)
- Strong knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Standards
- Excellent Financial and Business Acumen skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Solid understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and WHS obligations
