Facility Manager - North Hobart
At Redstone, we have partnered exclusively with a NFP aged care provider who are seeking a strong Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of their lovely aged care facility based near Hobart!

As the FM, you will work closely with the senior leadership team, drive quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical governance frameworks.

About the role:  
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the home including the Specialist Care Dementia Program. Reporting to the Executive Manager Clinical Governance, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations across aged and dementia care programs
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary care team to maintain best-practice standards
  • Manage clinical budgets and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulations
  • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Manage rosters, staffing, clinical budgets, and resource planning
  • Participate in an on-call roster and support services
  • Maintain clinical documentation and support funding compliance

Requirements: 
  • Minimum 5 years experience within a similar management position in Aged Care
  • Valid AHPRA registration 
  • Qualifications in Infection Control or Dementia Care highly desired
  • Extensive clinical and operational knowledge
  • Highly developed leadership, communication, and change management skills
  • Strong knowledge of operational budgets, AN-ACC and financial management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
