Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership skills as a DON/ Facility Manager
- Proven ability to oversee operations & performance of the home
- Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong financial skills in budgets, occupancy, and rostering
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA Registration
