An opportunity is available for an experienced Facility Manager to take the lead of a well-established Residential Aged Care home on the Central Coast, supported by an experienced Area Manager and wider operational team.
This is a role where you'll have the autonomy to lead the home and make decisions, while having strong support around you when you need it. The organisation is looking for a leader who can build on the existing strengths of the service, develop their team and drive continued improvement across the home.

About the Role
As Facility Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the successful operation of the home, balancing clinical care, people leadership and commercial performance.
You'll work closely with your leadership team to maintain high standards of resident care, strengthen team performance and ensure the home continues to meet its operational, financial and compliance objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and develop the leadership and wider site team
- Maintain strong clinical governance, quality and compliance across the home
- Oversee occupancy, financial performance, budgets and workforce planning
- Monitor care minutes, agency usage and staffing requirements
About You
We're looking for a confident aged care leader who can balance people, clinical and commercial priorities and genuinely enjoys leading a team.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous Facility Manager experience within Residential Aged Care, or strong experience ready to step into the role
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance and aged care standards
- Commercial awareness across budgets, occupancy, workforce and operational performance
