We are currently seeking a Residential Manager to oversee the operations and clinical care of a large Residential Aged Care Facility in the Shepparton region of Victoria just a 2 hour drive from Melbourne!!!
About the role:
- Working in a large, fully accredited not for profit RACF
- Responsible for oversight of all aspects of clinical care provision, direction, and performance
- Ensure the efficient operational and financial management of the home
- Work closely with your leadership team and frontline staff to ensure a positive, friendly, helpful, and engaged culture exists
- Registered Nurse essential

- Minimum 3 years experience as a Facility Manager within aged care
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA - DIV 1
- Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
- Genuine passion for the aged care industry
- Police clearance or willingness to undergo one
