Facility Manager – Residential Aged Care

A senior clinical leadership opportunity in one of NSW’s most beautiful coastal locations.

Based within reach of Newcastle and the broader Hunter region this large sized service is in a strong position, with an experienced clinical team, established governance and a collaborative leadership structure already in place.

An exciting opportunity has opened for someone new to join the leadership team of a Not-For-Profit Residential Aged Care service with a strong handover and plenty of support from day one.

You'll work closely with:

• Long standing Care Managers
• A supportive site Manager
• An established Quality & Governance Manager
• An experienced broader management team

The service is fully accredited and in a strong compliance and governance position, giving you the opportunity to focus on leading the team and continuing to build on what is already working well.

About you
We're looking for an experienced Facility Manager, 3+ years' experience at this level, or a candidate that has demonstrated their ability to lead at a broader clinical level.

You'll bring:

• Strong clinical leadership and aged care experience
• A genuine interest in education, development and building capability
• A modern approach to clinical leadership, with a focus on people, quality and continuous improvement
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
