Requirements:

• AHPRA Registration required
• Demonstrated leadership skills as an Aged Care Facility Manager (2+ years)
• Previous oversight of medium - large facilities
• Proven ability to oversee operations & performance of the home
• Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Strong financial skills in budgets, occupancy, and rostering
