The Opportunity
This small sized aged care home based in Bendigo is running smoothly, maintaining excellent compliance and high occupancy (above 90%).
The home achieved a 3 year accreditation in 2023 and has strong systems in place, with dedicated admin and rostering support at site level.
You’ll be supported by a long standing Care Manager and a Regional Manager with over 10 years’ experience who provides regular on site mentoring and support.
