Are you an experienced Facility Manager in aged care looking for your next leadership challenge? This is your opportunity to lead a well established, high-performing medium sized residential aged care home in East Melbourne, renowned for its strong community reputation and quality care.
You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining compliance, and leading a dedicated team of care professionals. With strong AN-ACC systems, full-time maintenance support, and a consistent Care Manager in place, you’ll have the tools to deliver outstanding care and further enhance the home’s operations.
