Facility Manager – Residential Aged Care - Inner South Eastern Suburbs
I'm currently partnering with a large not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit an experienced Facility Manager for one of their well-established homes in Melbourne’s southeast. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong people leader to step into a permanent, full-time role with excellent support and long-term stability.

This role is open to both clinical and non-clinical professionals
with strong aged care leadership backgrounds. If you’re an experienced manager ready to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive quality care outcomes – we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity
  • Oversee daily operations of a high-performing residential aged care service
  • Work closely with an experienced Care Manager and a well-structured clinical and admin team
  • Lead AN-ACC, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Take ownership of leadership, staffing, culture, and resident outcomes
  • Rarely called for on-call support – robust support structures in place
  • Excellent internal quality, admissions, and rostering support from head office

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in aged care, step ups will not be considered
  • Strong interpersonal and team development skills
  • Proven ability to lead a stable and positive team culture
  • Confident managing compliance, accreditation, and quality frameworks
  • Ideally experienced managing a larger or complex home (step-ups not considered for this position)
