About you:

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
• Proven experience as a Facility Manager / Residential Manager / Director of Nursing or experience in an Acting role
• Strong understanding of ACQS standards, with accreditation success highly regarded
• A confident leader who can mentor, motivate, and inspire teams
• Highly organised with excellent communication and a proactive mindset
