Facility Manager Aged Care

The Opportunity
As Facility Manager, you will hold the autonomy to lead the facility in your own way. With solid clinical support and high occupancy levels, this is an outstanding opportunity to put your personal stamp on the facility.
You will oversee a structured on-site team—including two Care Managers and a Quality & Education support—focusing on fostering a positive workplace culture and meeting the high expectations of our affluent resident community. With no current non-compliance, you will continue to lead the home's commitment to excellence.

Whether your background is in Aged Care, Hospitality, Health, or Hotels, we value leadership above all else. We are seeking a brave and responsible leader who can:
  • Lead with Authority: Proven experience managing large multidisciplinary teams in highly regulated, customer-centric environments.
  • Drive Commercial Success: Solid understanding of budgets, resource management, and occupancy levers.
  • Transform Culture: A track record of re-energising teams, building engagement, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage Stakeholders: Exceptional communication skills to engage with residents, families, and executive leadership.
  • Clinical or Non-Clinical: While aged care experience and clinical qualifications are a plus, we welcome high-level leaders from other service-driven industries to apply.
