Are you an experienced aged care leader seeking rewarding short-term contract opportunities across regional Queensland?
We’re offering flexible contract opportunities for experienced Facility Managers and Care Managers to support residential aged care facilities across regional Queensland.
We’re seeking skilled clinical leaders who are ready to make an immediate impact in aged care facilities across regional communities — sharing their expertise where it’s needed most.
Locations:
- Regional Queensland – Travel and accommodation provided
- Opportunities also available across SA, TAS & NSW
- Fantastic hourly rates: $75–$95 per hour
- Monday to Friday, standard hours – enjoy your weekends exploring Queensland’s stunning regional landscapes
- Free travel and accommodation – all organised for you
- Occasional on-call duties (site-dependent)
- Work consistently in the same facility – build strong routines and relationships
- 4–12 week contracts with potential for extension
- Ongoing support from your dedicated Redstone consultant every step of the way
- Exciting opportunities to travel and work nationwide
- Proven and recent experience in a Facility Manager or Care Manager role within the aged care sector
- Current AHPRA registration
- National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- Up-to-date flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across small to large residential homes
