Are you an experienced and adaptable aged care leader ready to make a real impact? We're offering exciting relief contract roles for Facility Managers and Care Managers to lead aged care facilities across regional NSW.
Partnering with a range of dynamic residential aged care organisations, you’ll step into facilities that truly need your expertise, with strong support from dedicated teams already in place.
We're seeking genuine, forward-thinking leaders who are passionate about redefining aged care—leaders who can bring vision, compassion, and operational excellence to every placement.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead and manage residential aged care services with a focus on high-quality, resident-centred care
- Oversee staffing, resources, compliance, and daily operations
- Support and guide teams with empathy and professionalism
- Ensure services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and ethically

- 💰 Fantastic hourly rates: $75–$95 per/hr
- 🗓️ Monday to Friday, standard hours – enjoy your weekends exploring the beauty of regional living
- 📞 Occasional on-call duties (site-dependent)
- 🔄 Work consistently in the same facilities – build strong routines, enhance your skills, and manage complex environments confidently
- 🏥 Partner with dynamic, reputable health & aged care providers
- 🌿 Flexible lifestyle – take breaks between contracts to recharge or travel
- ✅ Proven and recent experience in a Facility Manager or Care Manager role within the aged care sector
- ✅ Current AHPRA registration
- ✅ Strong understanding of aged care accreditation processes and quality standards
- ✅ Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams across small to large residential homes
- ✅ Ability to deliver ongoing staff education and support professional development
- ✅ Willingness to travel and work away from home
- ✅ Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (strongly preferred)
