About You:

• Current AHPRA registration
• Experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC), Care Manager (CM) or Facility Manager (FM) in Aged Care.
• Passionate about aged care
• Up-to-date flu and COVID vaccinations (including booster)
• Police Check (within 12 months)
