Main Duties:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential aged care service
• Drive strong clinical governance, quality and compliance outcomes
• Mentor nurses, care staff and frontline leaders to build a high-performing team
• Champion person-centered care and strong connections with the local community
• Oversee service performance, workforce planning and operational priorities
• Build a positive culture focused on quality care, accountability and teamwork
• Ensure the service continues to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements

Essentials

• Strong leadership experience within residential aged care or a similar healthcare environment
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification OR solid residential aged care/healthcare management experience
• Experienced Care Managers with strong clinical reporting backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and communities
• Ability to lead, coach and support a multidisciplinary team
