Terrific Facility Manager opportunity available for an enthusiastic aged care leader to oversee this lovely aged care facility.

Representing this dynamic health & aged care organisation, you will enjoy support from external AN-ACC, Quality & Operations teams as well as a skilled clinical care team onsite. We are interested in speaking with a genuine Aged Care Leader interested in redefining & spearheading a new era of this lovely aged care residence.

Our Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Facility Manager required
• Aged care experience is a must!
• AHPRA registration (desirable)
• Knowledge of accreditation and the aged care standards
• Experience leading a large team of staff
• Ability to provide on-going staff education
• A people person with residents care needs at heart
• Current police check
• No visas/sponsorship on offer
